By becoming a volunteer and giving up just a few hours on a morning or afternoon, you are making a real difference to the lives of local people.

We rely on the support of over 200 hardworking volunteers and it is thanks to them we are able to hold fundraising events, successfully operate 13 charity shops, provide a reception service to those visiting the Inpatient Unit, plus much, much more.
