At Teesside Hospice, we transform lives by providing exceptional care and support for those facing life-limiting illnesses.

The Supporter Care and Database Manager will ensure outstanding supporter engagement, efficient database management, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Key responsibilities include delivering consistent donation acknowledgments, fostering positive supporter journeys, optimizing donor retention, and safeguarding data integrity.

This role also oversees the health of the supporter database, collaborates with fundraising and finance teams, and ensures compliance with GDPR and fundraising regulations.
