Head of Fundraising

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours.

Salary: Up to £43,750

Department: Income Generation

Location: Teesside

We are currently seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead and develop a fundraising department and strategy to ensure financial sustainability of the organisation’s services.

This role is essential in securing the necessary resources to support the hospice’s mission to meet the needs of be there for people with a terminal illness and ensure local people get the very best care at the end of their life.

By cultivating relationships with donors, driving innovative fundraising campaigns and managing a dedicated team the Head of Fundraising plays a crucial role in enabling Teesside Hospice to continue its essential work and look to improve and develop its services for the future.

You will bring a passion for supporter engagement and building relationships, a passion for innovation and a creative flair to bring new ideas and to shape the exciting future of fundraising at Teesside Hospice.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of professional fundraising and in depth understanding of various fundraising techniques.
