Rollstud Limited are a privately owned Manufacturer of Quality Assured Bolting with over 35 years of experience.

Utilising Manufacturing facilities in both Europe and the Middle East, our products are manufactured, coated and tested in-house to ensure that the strict requirements, as set out in our DNV Approved BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, are continually met.

We are fully committed to continual improvement and have recently made major investments into the purchase of new Heat Treatment Ovens, CNC, Tapping & OES PMI Machines, in addition to momentous development of a custom built ERP software system that will allow us to have significantly better control of our systems and procedures. This investment is aimed at streamlining costs and improving efficiency so that savings made can be passed onto end users and clients alike.

To meet the varying requirements of the industry, we have installed a comprehensive range of machinery.  This include facilities to thread roll, cut, mill, drill, tap, turn, shot blast and heat treat.

This range of plant enables us to produce a complete scope of fully traceable fasteners in all grades of material; from high tensile steel to exotic alloys such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Ferralium, A453 Gr660, Zeron etc.

Rollstud’s electronically controlled electroplating plant and fully approved PTFE coating divisions, also allow us to offer unrivalled delivery times, whilst other coatings such as Hot Dip Galvanised, Sermagard, Zinc Nickel, amongst others, are also offered and supplied daily.

Additionally, our Fastener division holds on the shelf, a complete range of commercially produced & graded Hex Head Bolts, Structural Bolts, Anchor Bolts, Socket Head Capscrews etc.
