Driver Trett has provided expert commercial, contractual and programming consultancy and advisory services to the engineering and construction industries for over 40 years, with significant involvement in a wide range of transport, infrastructure and highways projects throughout that time.

Our skills and experience lie in the provision of practical and objective advice and assistance from the outset of a project to its completion.  Our services include: contract reviews; strategic commercial improvement and contract management; live planning/programme assistance and project monitoring; delay analysis and extension of time assessment; claim preparation; and dispute avoidance and dispute resolution support.  We also provide training and development sessions tailored to our clients’ needs, and have recently provided online webinars for the CIHT.

Our recent experience in highways, transportation and infrastructure works includes: ongoing commercial and programming advice and assistance on motorway term service and maintenance contracts, including the assessment and implementation of Compensation Events and the management of Disallowed Costs under NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract; claim preparation and dispute management services on major road and infrastructure projects, including the analysis and calculation of prolongation and disruption costs; independent evaluation appointments and commercial/programming support on rail and signalling upgrade projects; and general adjudication and litigation support across the industry.
