Previously known as Day Hospice, our Wellbeing Centre is a friendly and relaxed setting, where we can provide flexible care to suit your needs, through telephone support, video links and consultations.

The Wellbeing Centre at Teesside Hospice is here to   support you and your family. The new programmes are tailored to the individual and designed with you in mind.

We know that having the support you need can help you stay independent, improve symptoms and make a difference in enabling you to feel more confident to have control in your own care.

All the programmes are flexible to allow you the right support when you need it most. We offer a range of programmes to help you feel better and do more. We work alongside your GP or healthcare professional to help identify the best option for you.

You can be referred to this service by your GP, Consultant, Macmillan Nurse and Hospital or Community professional, or alternatively attend the drop-in service.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Please note the Drop-In service currently runs every Thursday 1pm - 6pm and is open to any patient and their family/friends with a terminal illness. It's a great place if your looking for any advice and/or to see how the hospice can help you or your family at this time with no referral necessary. Due to the pandemic, you will need to call the Wellbeing Centre on 01642 811060 before attending.
