Assistant Charity Shop Manager - Norton

Teesside Hospice is a local charity passionate about providing the best palliative care service possible and making sure nobody has to face a life limiting illness alone. Our Retail Charity Shops make an important contribution to income generation in support of our hospice services. 

We have an exciting opportunity, working 3 days per week in our Norton shop.

The successful candidate must have an understanding of the Retail sector, be customer focused and commercially aware, with the ability to maximise shop sales and profits. To succeed in this role a positive outlook and can do attitude is essential, along with great communication and IT skills and the ability to motivate a team of volunteers.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Retail, candidates must be flexible and you will need to be available to work weekends, including Sundays and have flexibility to work extra shifts as required.
